Best wishes Elizabeth. You have been a great community member! I left and came back 1.5 years later. The second time I committed to stay until goal. It has been the best decision for me. Who knows how far off I would be by now. But I completely get what you are saying.Take care!!!

So happy my committed routine netted -6lbs down this week!My routine never fails me!! I check off the days, and it works!!! Only me falling off my routine (letting inner dialog take over) fails me.

I am keeping my 5 bite days to bars. Working great so far! I do a protein bar for lunch and a snickers for dinner. It does help to not think about it.
