My brother has done well with carnivore. I love that I can have anything on this diet. I personally would never give up carbs. But I am happy this diet works with all preferences.

It is very active.

It comes down to a decision you make ahead of time.  If you let yourself decide as you go, it probably will always lead you to eat more than you intended.

Being busy always helps.  Think of some go tos you can lean on other than your two eating times. I like ice to crunch on.

I had dinner on my mind for a bit – running errands and nothing appealed to me.  Then got home and was busy with chores and forgot!!  I never make up missed meals (anymore).
