Dr. Lewis announced on the 5/20 zoom that there will be no zoom on Monday, 5/27 (Memorial Day Holiday). He will be back for zoom on June 3.

I fought my inner dialog hard for this one pound net loss! I actually went up several pounds during the week and then back down. Happy to reach another milestone -140 pounds!!! It occurred to me today, one of the best things about my slimming station membership is the accountability it fosters in me. I wasn’t having a good diet week, and I wanted to report a loss at next Monday’s meeting.
