I cannot relate to this because people don’t seem to notice what I eat or don’t eat.   But really – try to ignore it.  Laugh it off!

There have been several times I have let weeks go by not doing my routine.  It comes and goes for me.  I am still trying to get back on my consistent routine.  Just don’t give up.

Keep going!  I know that feeling!  It is hard to think about how far we have to go!  Just focus on the routine of eating the way you are.  It adds up and time goes by anyway.    Before you know it – you will be shopping at thrift stores to replace your clothes that are too big!!

  Just keep swimming!!  The scale is evil!!!

Embrace the urgency!!  It will come snd ho – but making the best of those powerful surges will keep propelling you to the next decade!!

I do best when I check off the days. Routine is the best thing to focus on – the weight will follow.

Naps help on tough days.

I used to joke that if I had to choose between hubby or cpap – cpap would win!!  But to my amazement – during a 9-hr overnight power outage from one of the recent hurricanes – I was able to sleep without it.  That is a miracle – because for two decades I could not!

Life happens. I have been trying to check in here, but it is usually right before I go to bed!!  Been busy here also!

<p style=”text-align: left;”>I like to do meat and cheese or a scrambled egg for 5-bite lunch and a bar for dinner.  If I make it to dinner – I am golden!  If I have a bar for lunch – sometimes it turns on the desire for more sweets/carbs.  So that is helpful for me to keep my first meal higher protein.</p>

Good gor you!! I am going to use bars for my dinners this week.  They are satisfying and remind me of the bite size we are supposed to use.
