Hi everyone,

I am here and a few pounds up from my recent low. I am struggling to make progress due to stress. But I am trying to maintain composure and not turn to food. That is my focus this week. Just managing life without more gain.

We miss you too! My vacation trick is start on the trip home. The travel day is easy to do 5 bites! Less stress too!

I am so excited!! I didn’t stick with my bar challenge, but I did lose -6 lbs. last week and reached a new low!!

Thanks all!! I am in between sizes at the moment. But definitely wearing smaller sozes that I haven’t seen since the 1980s!!

Preet – my 5 bites are whatever I am in the mood for. It doesn’t really matter. I don’t buy diet foods. It will work with anything.
