Hi everyone,

Marlene and Dr. Lewis got me inspired on the zoom to do a perfect week of bars. Let’s do a sprint! I need to get down into the 160s!

Thanks all!! I am in between sizes at the moment. But definitely wearing smaller sozes that I haven’t seen since the 1980s!!

Preet – my 5 bites are whatever I am in the mood for. It doesn’t really matter. I don’t buy diet foods. It will work with anything.

Don’t involve others. In the entire time I have been doing this – nobody usually notices what I am doing. I don’t tell them, and they don’t notice. Only when I am on trips with my family in close quarters have they noticed I don’t eat much. Even then, I don’t express exactly what I am doing.

She lived in florida. I don’t know any more about that. Katie or Tammy in the fb group might know.

So sad to hear that Sharon from this community passed away after several years of battling stage 4 lung cancer. I did not know her, but felt like I did since I saw her on the old zoom chat archives. She seemed to have a positive outlook the entire time. She also stayed active and thin – which I am sure helped her fight it. May she rest in pe…[Read more]
