Thank you for responding to my dilemma. I’m all good til dinner/ evening, then it goes downhill from there. So, every night I think to myself I’ll start tomorrow!!!

I’m exactly like that too, but at least now I have found a way to loose those 3 kg in just a few days, it’s so great !
