  • Yes indeed!  Start by going out and buying a Snickers bar.  You don’t even have to eat one, but you should cut it into 5 equal portions to get an idea of what a bite size should be.  Nothing more!!

    I TOTALLY agree with you, Pia.  It’s a shame more people don’t want to be thin!  And it’s a shame more people don’t truly understand how unhealthy the fat is.

    Right.  Sometimes you have to imagine that you ARE incarcerated–stuck in jail or on a deserted island with no access to food.  You have to play that imaginary game despite being surrounded by food.  The key, though, is to set your hungerstat so that hunger doesn’t push you over the edge.  Stay strong.  Play the imaginary game and ALWAYS WIN!.   :)
