I completely agree with you Rae, the visual triggers are the worst for me too. I have been staying away from restaurants because I know how much of an issue it is for me.

I also agree with your idea of ordering coffee or using the excuse that you have already eaten.

This is the beginning of my second week and I have already lost over 20 pounds. I love this diet. This is the first diet that I have ever seen such great results in such a very short time.
