I’d prefer that you eat two, perfect, 5-bite meals, at least 4 hours apart.

Harpeet–If you are perfect with the diet, you’ll find that the hunger will go away after 3 days. 4 at the most. Trust me: it’s totally worth it to eat perfect for 3 days!!!

You’ll be amazed, Kylie. You’ll get there sooner than you think. But for right now, enjoy the process. Enjoy the fact that you can eat whatever you crave, and by doing it in just 5 bites you will also keep your hunger perfectly controlled. Kick back and enjoy the ride!!!

Correct, Mata. Salt, by itself, has no carbon and hence has nothing to do with fat. But one should avoid taking in extra salt if they have high blood pressure, CHF, cirrhosis, or kidney disease.
