I try not to but I can?t help it, especially says where I did not follow the plan 100% just want to see how much damage I caused. So you all think the digital scale is not good? Because that?s what I use but I didn?t notice anything wrong with it.

How long have you been doing this? I know prior to the 5BD, I was fasting and eating only few bites. I did feel the same way you did but i lost the weight.
