I’m 6′ 0".

Switched to "Fun Size" Snickers last week. Lost 7 pounds. Total weight loss in 6 weeks is 42 pounds. Have also lost 6 inches from my waist! Now at 218. Any ideas on what my "ideal" weight should be?

Lost 3 pounds last week. Switching to "Fun Size" Snickers this week. Doesn’t really sound all that fun…

The only drinking I’m doing is water and Diet Coke, both 0 calories. I’ll see how tomorrow’s weigh-in goes and then maybe I’ll adjust down to the smaller Snickers bars…I’ll post the latest results tomorrow!

I’ve been eating Snickers Bars for the past 10 days…

I’m 38, 6 feet tall, and currently weigh 228. I get that 5 pounds a week is good weight loss, but it’s not the weekly weight loss that is "promised" in the book. I’ve gone almost 5 weeks, and I will continue, but that 10 pounds a week would be awesome! I am adding some exercise in this week, so we’ll see what happens on Monday…

I’m not too thrilled with last week’s weight loss either. As of last Tuesday I went with the Snickers Bars and followed the diet to the letter. Last week I lost 5 pounds total. Thanks for your help! I do believe my bites were getting too big. I stopped at a convenience store on my way home from work today and saw the Snickers bars and thought, "My bites probably aren’t too big." Then I realized I was looking at the King Size bars!
