Week 1 complete and down another 3lbs.
It was a tough week. Not gonna lie. My cycle started today, which explains a lot of my aches, pains, and cravings. 2nd day in a row of perfect 5 bites! No leg cramps today (so far). I did notice a slight headache around dinner time, before I ate.
Surprisingly, I am not even hungry this evening. I did have an altered eating schedule today due to a busy work day. Meals were at 1pm and 6pm. I may give that a try tomorrow too, rather than 12 and 4.

Last month I cheated on my one-year-alcohol-free challenge, after enjoying several drinks on a trip to NM. I had to move my focus there temporarily, and take some time to get back on track. Harder to get that challenge back on track than I thought! Yikes! Stupid COVID and working from home.

Good morning everyone! Yesterday was a great day! Perfect on plan, with a 1lb loss this morning. I will take that happily.
I may add in some gentle walking today to see if I can get that daily loss a little higher tomorrow.

Wonderful chat with Dr. Lewis last night! Today I am feeling focused, motivated, fully committed and ready to get this done. My food plan is my “spouse” for the next 100 days. We aren’t going to slowly chip away at this fat anymore, we are going to melt it away fast. After all, this is a race for my life!

Listening to an audio book right now called “Never Binge Again” and in one of the chapters it relates our food plan to a marriage.
