I like your daily weigh in, to help with accountability. I tried staying off the scale this week, and I think that got me in the long run. I need that daily accountability for right now.

I do have the same excitement! I want to be fit, thin and healthy so very bad, for me and my son. Mindless eating got me. Somehow I need to keep myself aware at all times, especially when fixing food for my son. And stay away from the wine! Ug.

I am counting my bar bites more closely today. My protein bar is 10 regular bites! Holy cow! It is nearly the same weight and size as a snickers, but I knew it looked a little bigger so I was cutting off the ends of the bar and throwing them away. Well, I made it a whole week without faltering. I caved and had some wine last night, which led to some extra bites, but I am back at it today. Not going to let a little wobble get me down. I didn’t eat a whole lot, but it made my stomach ache due to the extra volume!
