Made it through the night without extra bites! Woohoo!
Morning – Coffee (still using a little non-dairy creamer in there, for now)

A bit of a rough week, with time of month and some of the ailments that are hitting me. Still starting each day, 100% focused and dedicated to my goals. Each day I wake up and meditate on what I can do to make this a 2lb loss day.

Vacation was not kind to my waistline. But I am feeling good after my pep talk with Dr. L on Monday, and ready to try this again! This is week 1 of my reset. I will weigh in on Sundays.

This week, I am challenging myself to just candy bars. I want to finish a whole week eating just bars, to see how that impacts my numbers this week. I am curious! I also am challenging myself to a minimum of 3 cups a coffee a day.

I will post my weekly weight on Saturday, as usual. However, I rewarded myself with a quick look at the scale this morning…I am definitely in “One-derland” again!

Still here! It has been a tough and bumpy week with grad school finals, yet I managed a 4lb loss. Not quite the number I was hoping for, but it is going in the right direction.

We can skip the food (or even all of the family gatherings) this weekend, because there will always be more opportunities this summer. No need to torture ourselves.
