Dr Lewis, is it normal to have diarrhea on this plan? I’ve been going more (daily) and today I have had boughts of diarrhea. Hi! This is my very first week doing 5bd. I heard about it on Sunday and started Monday. Loving results so far…weight loss after 2 days is 7lbs.
