  • I’ve done real food.  I’ve done protein bars.  I’ve done Snickers. I lose best with Snickers.  My theory is that the real food is harder to eat precise amounts while losing, so maybe i get in more than I realize.  The protein bars don’t digest well and bulk up my system and stay heavy inside of me.  The Snickers burn clean and quick.  Not sure…[Read more]
