  • Is there a way to correct the weight tracker?  I was confused and I believe I’ve goofed it up, though the weight loss is correct.  Does anyone know?  I lost 9 pounds the first week, and 3 the second.  (3.4 lbs, but the site doesn’t let you enter it that way.)

  • It does!  Because the last thing I want to have to do is tell everyone that I flubbed up.  Ha.  Today was perfect.  5 regular bites x2 and two regular allowed extra bites.  I plan to lose the extra bites soon.

  • Thank you for the encouragement, Carmel!  I stepped on the scale today, and I am back on track.  So it looks like I stalled for a day, but I am dropping again.  Stress bites are what got most of us here.  I am happy to have this time with everyone to not make food my form of stress relief. :yes:
