This morning I weghted 1 pound less.

52.5 kg but I have your same problem. Water retention.

Even if of course fat around belly, it is fat.

During breastfeeding I gained 3 kg.

I do not know why but I tried different time to update my weight tracker but it is not keeping my New weight.

my current weight is 118. It was 112 after delivery cause I had gained only 10 pounds.

in one month during Breastfeeding I have reached 118.

yesterday evening I tried to update weight. I will retry.

It is difficult to increase food again. To rechange habits.

Increasing the quantities ? More bites?
