mindset is fundamental. I had never noticed that as long as we look pictures and advertising about food, it is harder to avoid it. it is also true that food advertising is EVERYWHERE.

Sometimes weighing in keeps me much more motivated.
But other times I realise that probably it would be better doing it in maintainance.
