To me it is harder for dinner. But as soon as I remain inside 5 bites PERFECTLY, I can do it.

A little harder if I go out and start thinking in a feasting mind.

I can understand PERFECTLY.
We have to be perfect the first three days to reset hungerstat and wrong habits of mindless eating.

Nevertheless I think that it is only a problem of hungerstat.

You do not need it.
Just follow Dr. Lewis advices.

Be patient for the first three days. Then you will not be anymore so HUNGRY.

To me afternoon and evening are worst times of the day for CRAVINGS. Sometimes they just come up in these periods.
I start feeling depressed foggy minded dizzy.
My mind and my eyes look around for food

I am sooo tired. Afternoon is always like that!
But I have understod that UNDOUBTEDLY afternoon is the time I am REALLY losing my extra weight!

I want to try to reduce espresso coffee. I am probably having to many and I start suffering from anxiety.
In particular in afternoon and evening.

mindset is fundamental. I had never noticed that as long as we look pictures and advertising about food, it is harder to avoid it. it is also true that food advertising is EVERYWHERE.

Throwing food away is hard sometimes! you did it.
