Dinner: 2 bites of bread with tomatoes and onions. 1 bite of ricotta cheese. 2 bites of sausage and bread.

Perfect 5 bites with 40 slow chewing. To get out the greatest pleasure from food.

Lunch: 5 perfect bites of snickers. (1 snicker bar).

I am right just feeling dizzy.

I still have 1 cm or more around my belly. I sent you a picture.

I am FINALLY doing it right. PERFECT.
