My DINNER zero Snicker (FASTING) of yesterday was not easy.
But TONIGHT much much much more HARDER.

Nevertheless this is my life.
The second obstacle of Dr. LEWIS book: social pressure.

2. Resting. Resting. Resting as priority to give my body possibility to end my week of Snickers! No running. Avoiding quarreling. Lieing to other people if they are arguing against

When I am Snicker-ing I just need resting!

At least first three days.

Tomorrow we will be driving home.
Lunch should be easy and also dinner because we will eat standing some light sandwiches.
To me Snickering should be easier.

Now flying toward my third Snicker planned at 1 PM tomorrow at LUNCH time.

Hoping it will be a little easier.

At the end we ate at home and I could FINALLY eat my second Snicker!

Doing my second Snicker was HARD.

Hubby wanted to go out for dinner.
I did not want to leave my plan of leaving Snickers.

I was fed up with eating out.
I acted as I wasn’t feeling well.

I said I had too sunbathed today.
My head was dizzy.
I felt weak (that was also true because when I eat just Snickers first days are like that!

As I said I want to be PERFECT and after one week of holiday, 5 biting at restaurants in France I want to go back tomorrow to Italy.
Weigh in on Monday and be at least the SAME WEIGHT I was before leaving!

The only way is eating Snicker to reset my HUNGERSTAT PERFECTLY.

Only eating Snickers I can be sure about doing it PERFECTLY.

On Sunday we are driving back home from Nice in France to Italy.
And I want to be at least the SAME WEIGHT I was before leaving.

My plan is:
Saturday (LUNCH with Snicker) and last DINNER out with family eating 5 bites.

Sunday:
Snicker x 2

Monday:
Snicker x 2

Lunch, more than 5 bites.
Little anxious.
Without my scale.
I have been here for quite one week.
Last two days I was not PERFECT with five bites.
Anxiety keeps my work harder.
But but but….

I will be back on track starting from TONIGHT!
