I am so excited when I can taste different flavours here and there.

I could not eat a Snicker.

I had half toast (5 perfect bites) with hot dog inside.

Dr. Lewis you are right.

Sometimes weighing in keeps me much more motivated.
But other times I realise that probably it would be better doing it in maintainance.

Just focus on PERFECTION of 5 bites during the diet.

You are completely right! There is always a good reason to eat too much.

Dinner: 3 PERFECT bites of lentils soup and 2 of spaghetti and shrimps.

I want to enter in a 5 bites mindset where I learn to feel my weight without the anxiety of weigh in every day.

it means learning to trust the sistem of 5 bites and always been focused and perfect.

Lunch: 3 PERFECT BITES of scrambled egg. 1 PERFECT bite of fennel salad. 1 PERFECT bite of half walnut with nutella on it. :woohoo:
