When CRAVINGS are coming up, I just wait them to reach their highest point….then they will decrease!

Sooo tired and full.of CRAVINGS.

I know they are as labour contractions.

When they are at the highest, I just sit down and wait them to pass.

I think that 5 bites is not a DIET but more a lifestyle.

Nevertheless I am mantaining my WEIGHT around 110-112

Thanks to all of Beth and to my great friend Sharon.

Now I need to work on my skin face.
Loosing chubby cheeks makes me feel little older….my chheks are falling down.

After eating and drinking 1 liter of water my weight is 51.6 kg.
It should be around 113.6.

This morning I was 50.5 kg.

More or less one pounds lighter.
My wished weight is 49-49.5 kg.

Not far away, nevertheless not there!

I cheated.
I do not know, it seems like as soon as I am getting there…. I cheat one day, and go back.

4 pounds far away from my weight … I was there!

It seems like I am quite able to reach the goal but totally anable to mantain eat!
