Great. Right–don’t overthink. Rather, become a robot: 5 bites for lunch, 5 bites for dinner. Water, coffee, multivitamin. Repeat.

I do not want to say that is easy for me.
But probably having a “rule” can help in overcoming lots of eating and overeating problems.

Easiest way to overcome a problem is not to do it anymore.

I am bulimic as long as I eat and purge.
The day I do not do it, I am no more bulimic.

It is easier than it seems.

5 bites is a CONCRETE and SIMPLE tool to overcome binging, purging, psycologist, pills to lose weight, pills to drain water.
5 bites is the easiest.
