LUNCH – 1 bite potato with cheese. 1 bite tartare. 1 bite bread with ragù. 2 bites ricotta cake.

my current weight is 118. It was 112 after delivery cause I had gained only 10 pounds.

in one month during Breastfeeding I have reached 118.

yesterday evening I tried to update weight. I will retry.

It is difficult to increase food again. To rechange habits.

Increasing the quantities ? More bites?

I am 17TH WEEK.
