I can relate, I have stayed the same:(. I am going to stay off of scale for a few days. I know I am eating what I am suppose to.

I have found it easier to pretty much stick with two bars a day. I know at some point, I will need to do regular food. I just want to get there! So great to see that you have done this and maintained for so long, Gives us all hope…..
