i weight 350 i started your 5 bite diet 4 days ago. i have not
check my weight, but i fill better. today i got couple of charlie horses
in my feet. do u think the diet have anything do with it. i’m no giving
up.does it hurt when losing weight at my size. -

can i drink a weight loss tea on this 5 bite diet or take my colon cleaner.you said measure a snicker bar by 5 bite size. is 5 bite 2.07oz? am i suppose
to measure out 2.07 oz on every thing i eat or do i eat 21/2 tablespoon of something each meal. i just need to get this right. thank you -
