I’m hoping to make it to the end of the month. And then move on to Allison’s every
Other day.
Have felt really hungry and weak. And had an energy shot and venti coffee.

Elizabeth W. replied to the topic I am on a cruise and doing 5 Bites in the forum The Slimming Station Diet 3 weeks, 4 days ago
Are there any fun activities or fitness classes? If ever I had an extended vacation(and a lot more money) I would love to go to some place like the Golden Door,
They have tons of wellness activity and make it easy to be 5 bites or very low bites with high quality food.

How long do you recommend staying on bars? I remember a chat with Gayle and you wanted her of bars at a certain point in the process
Thanks!

My older brother has very successful business in Palm Springs with personal training and weight loss for those over 40 plus. His success is due to being brutally honest with his clients, and reprimanding his clients. I guess some people need that.
Frankly I would have little sympathy, his clients are very wealthy, I’m running scared most days,…[Read more]

Elizabeth W. started the topic Goal: lose 15 pounds by April 18 in the forum The Slimming Station Diet 1 month, 3 weeks ago
Was looking at Michael’s old entries, he was a slow loser towards the end.
While he was absolute perfection, he lost about 4 pounds per week, and reached the 18.5 bmi Dr. Lewis recommends.
Let’s see if I can repeat the experiment. I don’t think its bad loss since other plans you only lose 4 pounds per month.

I’m glad there are more doctors on social media speaking out. And for anyone that sees this in the future, either going through menopause or premature ovarian failure it can be very tough.
I’m due to see an outside provider Monday for an adjustment, out of my insurance, since in the eloquent words of my brother: Kaiser doctor is a piece of…[Read more]

I’m a bit skeptical that I can actually lose up to 15 pounds this week with 2 bars a day as Dr. Lewis suggested.
We’ll see next Tuesday. I’m taking virtual bets, if he is right then feel free to send me:
Keep you posted.

Sick of the fat around the middle still. I just want to be able to wear something nicer at work and not feel uncomfortable the whole day.
Just done with feeling bad.

I bet the weight will just fly off with bars.
Having mini goals sounds good, and easier to stick to.

Michelle, thank you very much for this post. I’m learning a lot from your posts and what may be more realistic.
I’m making progress in terms of dialing back the volume of food and pushing back against extra food, I would love to have a perfect day.
I would love to have weight loss of 3 pounds a week—I know that sounds slight, but I’ve been at…[Read more]

I’m hoping to having a good week. I have had a rough couple of months.
Anxiety due to stress was very extremely bad last week, I have really bad chest pain when this happens and extremities feel even colder, especially left side of the body.
So with all discomfort my paying attention to the plan has been thrown off, although overall I have m…[Read more]

I was watching an old Zoom with Michael and Dr. Lewis. Michael mentioned that he felt that 14 consecutive days
of bars at exact times helped lock in his appetite, and his hunger became more manageable. As mentioned by another poster Michael was almost the poster child for
5 bites. His weight loss journey was pretty consistent, big loss in the…[Read more]
