Had a take five bar for dinner fantastic job everyone you all have done fantastic

I’m doing good had a kind bar for lunch . on Friday I’m going backpacking for up to 10 days I’m looking for five bite food ideas that won’t melt in the heat I might just do 1/3rd cup nuts for each meal but I’m open for any ideas

Great job everyone I did great yesterday early then let myself fail in the afternoon so today I’m frustrated with myself but moving forward with determination. stay perfect don’t let yourself down fight through the difficult times

My family is having costa vida it’s a challenge but not really to bad I had a pb snickers bar for dinner just like lunch now I need to just sit through family movies and stay with water or coffee for the rest of the evening

Had a pb snickers for lunch and now it’s almost dinner time so far so good 😊
