204 to 200 last week I dusted myself off and then rolled around in the dirt a bit but I’m going again now and planning to have a great week

I slipped up this last week and a few days but I’m determined to get going in the right direction again I went from 197 up to 204 but I’m dusting myself off and going again now

Week one from 210 to 197 down 13 lbs I had some challenges this week but I got through them without cheating on the diet praise God !now I really need to stay focused And keep the momentum going because I know the more time I spend doing this the better I feel 👍

Congratulations Amy 23lbs in two weeks is fantastic I’ll bet your already feeling the benefits of loosing those lbs

1. Marie if your doing the diet to the t and it sounds like you are I would try not to worry to much the scale it will get moving again as long as you stay focused on perfectly following the diet it will all work out

I’m doing good except I do need to loose some weight so yes I’m joining you I’ll be resetting tomorrow I need to take this to the finish line 🏁

That is really cool being able to get outside your comfort zone is really important I was really struggling last night but I stayed on track now I’m so glad I did 

Great job  Gayle coming on to keep yourself  in the right frame of mind and getting thru the storm so far you have done fantastic keep it up I’m in the same boat right now we can do this
