Thank you so much for this dialogue. I believe it will be helpful to me also…..and I am starting on Friday. Today I am being thankful for what I have and the weight I have lost.

Dear Thinalinda,
You are definitely dedicated. I do really well for 5 out of 7 days. Those two days a week are slowing me down considerably. I believe that women succomb to emotional eating very easily.

I like seeing what everyone eats…My 5 bites for lunch were 3 fun size snickers…for evening I had 5 bites of vegetable soup, mostly the veggies not much broth.

Good Morning,
I am unable to get into weight tracking to register my weight loss. It tells me to sign in or subscribe and I have done both of those things…Help what am I doing wrong. I was down 13# for my first week. Yeah!!!!!

That is 3 fun size snickers…….
