I noticed that Dr Lewis averages about 14 pounds a week so if you stick to it strictly it will take you around 2 months.

I weighed myself this morning and my challenge is not to weigh myself again until Friday. That is great..!! no weightgain. If I was you I would have brought back your moms scale!LOL I had a digital scale and I noticed that it never gave me the same weight twice sometimes it was .5 lbs to 1.5lbs off so I got a different scale this weekend.

So.. it’s ok if I feel full???

Wow!! Today is the second day I am on it and I just weighed myself and I am down 3.5 pounds… It sounds unreal!! But I do have over 100 pounds to loose!!! Sounds like you will be reaching youre goal very soon!! Congrats
