Dr. Lewis and Shelly, Thank you for the welcome. Dr. Lewis to answer your question, I started the 5bd on Friday 9/20/19. I feel fantastic and have not had any of symptoms described in the book. The only thing I’ve experienced is some insomnia.

Hi all. I’m New here. I just signed up for a month. I’m hoping a month is all I’ll need to get to my ideal weight. I’m 5’4 and 140 lbs. After reading WWA I’ve tried and crashed several times.
