    I’ve been doing this power lifting stuff for about a year.

    I like to maintain about 125 lbs. I feel strong at that weight and keeps me in my division weight class.

    I need to lose about 3 lbs to get back to 125. I’m doing Meal 1 with a bar. Meal 2 will be 5 bites of dinner. That seems to work the best for me.
