We are excited to see the transformation. Today is hubby’s 3rd day. The weakness is hitting him he said. I told him to stick to it, and we will get it through this hurdle.

That is so awesome! When I say that I am “5 biting”, people look at me like I am crazy. Then we we got our Snickers bars today, people were looking at us like we were crazy again. But whatever. I know it works, and I am not going to let that stop me.

Being able to have a support system is absolute key on this diet, I feel. My husband started reading the book, and told me how much it made sense versus any other diet has sounded (shakes and all of that jazz). He is fully on board with me just from reading half of the book!
