@spiderchlome I was noticing that too! It’s great seeing your progress, because I’ve been experiencing similar things too. I’m curious how your water experiment goes too. I’ve been battling dehydration myself and have also had circulation issues with limbs falling asleep more easily these days.

@spiderchlome – do have any favorite guided meditations that have been helpful in this journey?  I have a few go-to meditations that I do regularly.  But I would like something more specific to weight loss, or achieving goals.
