I am still figuring the ends and outs of Maintenance. Learning the way my body handles food intake will be a huge plus.  Anyway lots of inspiring stories in the community and I’ve learned so much from you all.

Trying to remember all the lessons I learned the last three months to apply them going forward.  Updating my journal…I used the phrase “Laser focused” too often!

Thanks for checking in Alaska Gal!!! I am happy to announce that I crossed the finish line with my weigh in this morning…..wasn’t positive it was going to happen but I squeeked past my goal. I am now in my maintenance  phase.

If anyone in the community has any thoughts on maintaining I am more than open to your help…..

I am so focused on my intake this week, it’s not funny. But to be honest the last couple of weeks I felt like I wasn’t going to lose any weight, only to be surprised on Monday morning.
