    Welcome Haley ! You’ve got this! It sounds like you are super motivated and you are not going to let anything get in your way until you  get out of the 200’s. Rooting for you ! This is the best diet to lose the weight fast !!! I started last week and dropped 5 lbs in 1 week.

  • 6/21/21 – Morning weigh in- Day 5 : 107.2. Seriously shocked that I lost weight after yesterday’s food intake, which included 2 glasses of wine.  This afternoon I plan on having a Snickers bar at 2pm and maybe another Snickers at 6 or 5 perfect bites(same volume as a Snickers bar )of real food. Feel like I am on track to succeed!

  • Thanks Allison! I always find it unbelievable that I can lose weight while eating Snickers !!! Doesn’t seem natural – lolol! It blows people’s minds when they see me eating chocolate and I tell them I’m on a diet. They think I’m kidding – lol

    Sometimes I find it helpful to take a little walk when my mind wanders towards cravings. I also try to stick to a strict eating schedule.   • Thanks guys! To keep myself accountable, I am going to log my weight in every day in a new thread. Yesterday was a perfect 5 Bite Day and this morning I was down 2lbs! Unbelievable. This way of eating/lifestyle never fails.  Love it! Glad I’m back.

  • Thanks for all of  the encouragement guys! I will not give up. I will look at the 5BD again with fresh eyes. I will not be defeated. Lots of coffee and hot water this week. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. It’s currently sunny and 70 in NJ :) I am looking forward to getting some sunshine today. They finally re-opened the State Parks.
