  • Today I weighed 206.8, so I have 88.8 pounds left to reach my goal!!! I am almost 5 lbs higher than what I weighed before Thanksgiving, and I lost only 4 lbs last week.

    But this week I want to be a success!!!

    I have tried MANY diets and weight loss plans, and I truly think this is the BEST diet for weight loss that there is!

  • Today was even better than yesterday… Less and less ‘extras’ every day! :yahoo:

    Lunch was exactly 3 bites of mozzarella sticks.

    Supper was 3 bites of mozzarella sticks, and then some pickles. But I finished the last tiny bit now, so that is the last I will be eating of them. ;-)

  • Today was pretty good, but I was not as perfect as I should have been.

    Lunch was 1/2 a Snickers, then I ate a pickle.

    Supper was a chocolate covered cherry and 3 bites of potato chips.

    I drank 3 cups of coffee so far, and I am going to drink another one. :-)

    And NO more bites, licks, or tastes! I can and will be perfect for the rest of the evening! :-)

    Today was really good, except I ate pickles along with my three bites for each meal. I guess my stomach is pretty stretched, and I decided pickles were better than sugary baked goods. But the salt isn’t!

    Maybe Thanksgiving just isn’t worth going off the diet for!

    It was truly a learning experience for me! I made a ‘normal’ plate, but remember thinking “Wow, each of these ‘portions’ would make an entire meal for me normally!” I ate some of everything, and only finished my turkey and pie. I didn’t need to though. :unsure: Old habits!!
