My weight is not perfect for me , but am taking a few days off. I need a break . At 127 at the moment my bmi is 18.22. I still have fat around my abdomen and I will hop back in again on Friday.

Well I am nearly back to my stable weight but still crazy about getting to my number. Feeing stronger than ever before and putting in the effort and focus. Drinking more water 💦 this time around and sleeping much better
