Hi Susan thank You for checking in on me. Yes has been a rough week but with all that has been going on I started again today. Weighed in at 137.2. Husband is away in Pittsburgh after his dad had a coronary heart attack in a Pittsburgh supermarket who was saved by a Good Samaritan u til the paramedics arrived. Snickers and coffee at lunch and dinner today. 2 liters of water too. Feel so extremely tired tonight so am having a bubbles bath and going to bed. The best  place for me.

Onky have a half day a work tomorrow and going for a coffee with a friend , nothing else. Have told her that too and she is fine about it.
