Planning in a snickers for lunch and coffee and five bites of regular food for dinner.
Iced water and coffee and one can of Diet Pepsi if I need it.
Focused and strong and not deviating off my plan. Keeping busy as have lots to do in the house.

Just not able to check in like I wanted to do and for that I feel upset. I am in the hospital now as my husband was just rear ended in a car accident. Not his fault. In cat scan now as we speak. And has severe pain in his leg and back. I am with you all. I did weight in and lost five pounds this week
