Day 4 & 5
I stuck to my 10 bites each day, but I didn’t stick to the bars. Progress!

Day 3 – Much better experience yesterday. I found it easier to wait to eat until dinner. Eating at lunch was triggering my appetite and cravings. So instead, I waited until dinner and had my 10 bites. I hope that modification is okay, since it really worked. When I got hungry during the day, I drank coffee or my green tea.

Day 2 – Wow! Yesterday was really hard, and I wobbled. I was not perfect. Today is a new day, and I come at it armed with the experiences of yesterday, and some tools to help me.

I have an important event in 34 days, and I want to feel my best. For the next 30 days I am sticking to bars only, to see how much I can lose! I am super excited to try this out and to be here on Slimming Station.
I will be posting each day with an update.
