CW: 166Down 3lbs this morning, and finally recovered from the gains incurred on Sunday night!
I am aiming for 6- 7lbs loss this week on Sunday weigh-in, because of my slip-up last Sunday (4lb gain in one night, ug). Next week though…those numbers are going to be in the double digits. I can feel it!

Breakfast- coffee and vitamins
Lunch 11am – 5 bites of egg and bacon
Dinner 4pm- 5 bites of tuna saladJust couldn’t stick to bars today. Will try again tomorrow. But what was pretty cool… I ate my 5 bites and gave the dog and cat the rest. I am going to have a very happy pet family by the end of this. 😂

My goal is mostly bars. But if I have a craving for something different, I am allowing myself the 5 bites (but only 5). I had a blip on Sunday that I am still trying to recoup from that made my weight go up

I am usually awake by 4am and asleep by 8:30pm. I try to hold out until noon for lunch, but no earlier than 11. And dinner at 4.

I get kind of hungry around 10am, since I am usually up at 4am. I stare at the clock and start planning out my bites around that time. LOL. To be honest I think I am taking more than 5bites since I have been guesstimating volume. Need to start taking five bites only, starting today.

Well…I tried going it alone on this plan. Failed and gained everything back (12 pounds). I realize the community here is more essential than I thought. Restarted a few days ago at 172. I haven’t got the “you’re too skinny” comment yet. But people are starting to notice the weight drop and ask questions. Inevitably, they ask how much I want to lose. When I tell them another 30-40lbs, they instantly jump to “oh no! that is too much, don’t go that far. you will be TOO skinny!”

Today I attended my son’s school carnival. Stuck to the plan. Down a few pounds so far. Looking forward to hitting the 140’s in the next week. I want to hit the 130’s by Halloween. And goal by Thanksgiving.

I am with you Gayle, ready to get skinny for the holidays. Thinking about the fun holiday dresses I can wear and the holiday parties that I can enjoy without worrying about my weight anymore.

Life happens. I needed to take some time off from the diet for family issues. But I have managed to stay about the same in weight. I am about 2 lbs up, but still in the 150’s. Back here to finish this up! Right now, I am eating once a day at dinner, only 10 bites.

Didn’t sleep very well last night, and woke up hungry. Going to power through this feeling until Noon, when I will have my first bar of the day. About to hit the meditation pillow before I head to work.
Down 1.5 lbs today. Current weight is 159.
Goodbye to the 160’s!!!!

Another perfect day. Lunch was 1 luna bar. Dinner I had planned for another bar. But a coworker had bought me a special vegan chocolate cupcake from a beautiful local bakery. So I ate 2 bites of this for dinner. Threw the rest away. Those two bites were excuisite. Didn’t need a bite more. Hunger stat is kicking in!

Thanks Dr Lewis! It totally paid off on the scale today too. Down 2 lbs since yesterday.
Current weight is 160.5. Just need another 6lbs by Sunday to hit my 10lb goal this week.
