Thanks Maria, I wrapped up the sandwich and told myself I can have 5 bites of it tomorrow, which is now today, and now it’s not very appetizing.

Thank you Bk, I was trying to justify eating it but I told myself, I made a commitment and I take pride in keeping those. 😊

My hubby just brought me a hot fudge sundae and a chicken sandwich. I said I’m not eating it. And I’m not.

Day 2
I had a snickers at 11:30 am and coffee. I worked at the restaurant from 1:15 to 8 pm. I was SO HUNGRY today. Ate a snickers after work.

Not big at all. I was hungry during the day but after work and 5 bites of pizza I felt satisfied. 🤷🏻♀️

Today was Day 1 on my journey. Dr Lewis challenged me and told me I can lose 10 pounds in one week. I’m very skeptical but I’m willing to try.
