  • Getting back to basics again. Weighed in today at 129 pounds. Commiting back on plan five bites x 2 daily. Beth has inspired me to do bars for a week. I want to see what I can lose in a week. Checking in every day here. Giving the Facebook group a break for now xxx

  • just had my,inch. Coffee and snickers. Feeling good , not hungry. If anything , feel a little nauseous today. Not sure why ?..  will have a piece  of toast tonight for dinner , hit bubble bath and early to bed. Hope everyone is doing well :good:

  • Becky I am so sad to read your post. I know how awful, disappointing and depressing it can be to it be able to stick to the diet. I have suffered with bulimia forever and the five bite diet is the only tool which I have honestly embraced in conquering my obsession with food obsession and eating.   • Yes just completed three days of snickers and feel so much better have kept really busy. Also have started drinking warm water first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Kills the appetite too if you are hungry. Prepared for the weekend :yes:
