Just checking in on a Sunday morning. Weighed in at 128.6 , going down. Day 3 of my hunger stat.  Felt a little shaky this morning but good now. Having a productive day , lots of things todo keeping me busy. Excited and so determined to get this weight off for thanksgiving.

Had a great day today . I took my car to the service station for its oil check and service. All is calm. Had a snickers and coffee around 1.30 pm. Then was busy catching up with emails and phone calls. Headed to yoga for a 90 minute class which grounds me and allows me to reflect also on me

Okay well I wasn’t going to post my picture but did gain a few pounds and back up to 129 which at my height is 18.51. I still have fat around my abdomen and am goi g to push down to 125 and see how I feel. I don’t feel good at this weight. So far I have not eaten anything yet , just black coffee and water.

Hmmmmm I just love snickers. I have found other bars never feel satisfying for me. I love the chocolate , and the nuts. The mounds bar is good though too xx
