had a snickers for lunch and mushrooms on toast for dinner.
fell asleep after with cup of tea in hand.

Oh wow good for you. I have run three marathons in my running days , London and two Disney marathons. I have entered for London 2021 September. Will find out in January. I want to run fir my dear friend who passed away from pancreatic cancer in April this year

I hate to tell you this Dr Sean but I live in South Florida. A gorgeous 75 degrees outside. Slider doors are open and can hear the birds chirping . Truly gorgeous.
